Owners’ Insight

We’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a lovely apartment that feels comfortable and easy to look after, with a separate bedroom and a good-sized living space where we can relax and unwind. Being on the ground floor is another real plus, making coming and going so convenient, and having our own allocated parking space is something we’ve always appreciated.

Jennett’s Park is a lovely place to live. We enjoy having green spaces nearby and being part of a friendly community, with local shops and everyday amenities close at hand. Bracknell town centre is also only a short journey away, so whether it’s shopping, going out for something to eat or catching up with friends, everything feels within easy reach.

Why Harwoods love it

  • A separate double bedroom - a dedicated sleeping space, offering more privacy and practicality than a studio-style layout.

  • A fitted kitchen - neatly arranged with everything close to hand for everyday cooking.

  • Ground-floor convenience - easy access in and out of the apartment, without the need for stairs.

  • Useful built-in storage - two separate cupboards help make the most of the available accommodation.

  • A manageable home - 388 sq ft of thoughtfully arranged space, ideal for those looking for a simpler, lower-maintenance lifestyle.

  • A popular neighbourhood - Jennett’s Park offers local amenities, community facilities and some excellent nearby green spaces.

Location

There’s something particularly appealing about Jennett’s Park. Designed with modern living in mind, it combines a strong sense of community with plenty of green space, open areas and everyday amenities close to home. It feels peaceful without being isolated, giving residents the best of both worlds.

For families, the area benefits from Jennett’s Park Church of England Primary School, while local green spaces and walking routes make it easy to get outside and enjoy a little fresh air. The community centre and nearby amenities add to that neighbourhood feel, creating somewhere that feels lived-in and welcoming rather than simply residential.

When you want more, Bracknell town centre and The Lexicon are within easy reach, offering an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, cafés, entertainment and leisure facilities. The area is also well placed for access to the wider road network, making journeys further afield straightforward.
