An exceptional three-bedroom semi-detached townhouse, occupying arguably one of the finest plots within the prestigious Jubilee Mews development on Glen Island.
Originally selected as the developer's show home, this outstanding property enjoys a larger-than-average garden, valuable side access and beautifully appointed accommodation extending to approximately 1,662 sq ft, all presented to an exemplary standard.
The current owners have further enhanced the interior to create a sophisticated and elegant home, where thoughtful design, high-quality finishes and meticulous attention to detail are evident throughout. From bespoke feature walls and contemporary lighting to luxurious bathrooms and stylish décor, every room has been carefully curated to deliver a home of exceptional quality.
The heart of the property is a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living space extending in excess of 22 feet, perfectly designed for modern family life and entertaining. The beautifully appointed kitchen is complemented by a central island, integrated appliances and generous storage, whilst full-height glazing and French doors provide a seamless connection to the garden beyond.
The first floor offers two well-proportioned double bedrooms, including a guest suite with en suite shower room, together with a luxurious family bathroom.
Occupying the entire second floor, the principal suite provides an impressive private sanctuary. This substantial space incorporates a generous bedroom area, bespoke dressing room and a beautifully appointed bathroom, creating the feel of a boutique hotel suite.
Outside, the property continues to distinguish itself from neighbouring homes. As one of the few semi-detached houses within the development, it benefits from practical side access and a larger garden plot, providing excellent outdoor space for relaxation, dining and entertaining.
Jubilee Mews enjoys a highly convenient position on Glen Island, within easy reach of Maidenhead town centre, the River Thames and Maidenhead station, which offers fast Elizabeth Line and mainline services into London.
A note from the owner:
"My daughter first introduced me to the project. Knowing how much I enjoy being near water and parks, she thought it would suit my initial requirements perfectly.
Privacy was my next priority. Most of the homes available at the time didn’t offer much privacy, unlike the homes at Jubilee Mews.
Parking was another important consideration. With a detached house, you have the benefit of parking in your own driveway, but at some other attached homes, secure parking can be 40-50 metres away. At Jubilee Mews, you can park right outside your door, which makes a real difference compared with places where you have to walk 40-50 metres.
Inside, the house looks out over the garden, the Jubilee River and the woodland, with breath taking views and a wonderful sense of openness and privacy."
