Prospect Plus national trial terms & conditions
The free trial gives you three free Prospect Plus Leads and will commence on 19th June 2025 (“Start Date”) and ends when Member has received three Prospect Plus leads, except that Zoopla may end the free trial prior to Member receiving the three Prospect Plus leads if they have not been received within three months from the Start Date (the “Free Trial”).
In order to receive the Free Trial Member must:
be a Member of Zoopla and signed-up to receive valuation leads; and
be the Member who has received this email.
Member will receive the Free Trial automatically and does not need to take any actions to activate the Free Trial. If Member wishes to opt-out of the Free Trial, it should speak to its account manager.
All Prospect Plus Leads received prior to Free Trial Start Date, will become visible to Members on the Free Trial Start Date, but will not count towards the free three leads.
The first three Members in each outcode who sign-up to Prospect Plus will receive a higher ranking in the listing order for a period of 3 months from the point they sign-up to Prospect Plus. After the 3 months, the ranking will revert to the then applicable ranking unless agreed otherwise in writing by Zoopla.

The Free Trial is non-transferable to another party and, for the avoidance of doubt, only those clients who have received this email directly from us can benefit from the Free Trial.
There is no cash alternative available for this Free Trial.
These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Zoopla Member Terms and applicable Product Specific Terms. Any defined terms in these terms and conditions shall have the meaning given to them under the Zoopla Member Terms.
