It was the home of the Kynaston Family, whose individual activities led to the development of the foundary which became the ironworks for the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct. Directions

From Wrexham, proceed South on the A483 bypass, exiting at the Llangollen / Whitchurch junction and bearing right, towards Llangollen. Go under the railway bridge and bear right, then next to the public library, turn into the driveway for Plas Kynaston.

Entrance
