Hawkenbury Barn is a most impressive Grade II listed barn of timber frame construction understood to date from the 17th or 18th Century.

This versatile conversion completed in February 2020 to a high specification, features marble and wood floors with underfloor heating, a modern Pronorm kitchen with Bora pure hob and downdraught ventilation, Neff slide and hide double oven, Neff integrated dishwasher and Quooker boiling water tap and luxuriously appointed bath/shower rooms equipped with Lusso sanitary ware and complementary fittings. There is a superb open plan reception/dining area with Stovax woodburner and a mezzanine study/sitting area atop the kitchen. A separate utility room, three ground floor bedrooms (two en suite), a further shower room, boiler room, and first floor master bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom complete the internal accommodation.

Hawkenbury Barn has a right of access over the neighbouring driveway, leading to an electric gate, two bay double garage, with a gravel drive continuing to a courtyard parking area.

There are level lawns to the front of the barn and extending away from the parking area interspersed with a variety of fruit trees, in all the grounds extend to about 0.60 of an acre.

A field and apple orchard of about 6.5 acres is available by separate negotiation.

Square Footage: 4005 sq ft

Turn right signposted towards Headcorn and continue along this road for approximately 1.7 miles. The entrance to Hawkenbury Barn will be found on the right hand side as indicated by our 'For Sale' board. Drive along the shingle drive and you will come to the gate to the barn on the left.
