Why Buy This Home.....

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sits on the ground floor, an ideal choice for a young family or anyone who prefers to live without stairs.

As you step inside, you’re immediately greeted by a wonderful sense of light and space. Large windows throughout the flat fill each room with natural daylight, creating a bright and airy feel from the moment you walk in.

The hallway offers a handy storage cupboard, just the place to keep coats, shoes, and cleaning bits neatly out of sight.

To the right, you’ll find a beautifully finished bathroom. The developer has added some thoughtful upgrades, including half-height tiling around the room, full tiling over the bath, a shower with a glass screen, and soft down lights that give the space a calm, premium feel.

The second bedroom sits to the left, a comfortable double with room for a wardrobe and bedside tables without feeling cramped. It’s a versatile space that could just as easily be used as a home office or a welcoming guest room.

At the end of the hallway, toward the front of the flat, you’ll find the principal bedroom. It offers plenty of space for a luxurious bed and ample storage, and of course includes an ensuite featuring textured tiles and a generous double shower.

The main living area is truly the heart of the home. The shaker-style light units paired with ash-grey worktops create a lovely contrast, giving the kitchen a modern yet inviting look. As it’s an upgraded specification, you’ll find high-quality AEG appliances throughout, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer, along with plenty of storage. Subtle mood lighting along the kick plates adds the perfect finishing touch to this elegant space.

The living space feels bright and welcoming, with plenty of room for a dining table, perfect for family meals or entertaining friends, while still leaving space for a cozy corner sofa or a comfortable two-piece seating arrangement. It’s an ideal area to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together.

Parking is provided by one allocated space, plus plenty of community parking is available.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Barbers, Dominos and a 8000 sq. Ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
