Turn left signposted Mylor Bridge. Proceed approximately 175 metres before reaching another junction. Again, turn left signposted Mylor Bridge. Proceed along this road for approximately 1.5 miles. When you reach the bottom of Bell’s Hill (opposite the primary school and methodist church), turn left signposted Flushing. Shortly afterwards, turn right. Proceed down the hill to the mini-roundabout and take the first exit signposted Flushing. Continue along this road for approximately 1 mile before arriving at a junction opposite the entrance to the Trefusis estate. Turn right, signposted Flushing. Proceed down the hill and into Flushing. After approximately 0.2 miles, the building plot will be found on your right, where a for sale board has been erected.
