Seller's Story
My reasons for moving here would be the security of having family close by, surrounded by a excellent schools. My parents lived here for 50 years and have got to witness Lutterworth flourish and grow.
My favourite room of the house is the kitchen, as it is where a lot of our most treasured memories took place. We are the type of family which loved to cook, therefore spent more of our time in the kitchen which has lovely French doors that when opened, make it the perfect spot for everyone to congregate.
At least once a month my children and I made pizzas from scratch in the kitchen which was the perfect time to relax and have a laugh with one another. Given the open space that flows together: The spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, we hosted a lot, including many birthday parties. We had a lot of good times.
The neighbours and I, (particularly during the Covid era), used to sit on our drives and chat the afternoon away. Our neighbours have always been lovely, they have always been friendly.
We will miss the community, especially the lovely people we have been so lucky to be surrounded by, the security of having such a quiet set back house and the safety.
