About Chapel Gate

Named for its distinctive small octagonal chapel (first erected in 1772), Moulton Chapel is surrounded by wide open fields and breathtaking countryside. Along with St James' chapel, there is a second Grade II listed building in the village - the striking red-brick tower windmill which stands on the same road as Chapel Gate.

Just four miles north-west is the attractive fenland town of Spalding, famous for its abundance of tulips!
