CHEESE AND WINE TO CELEBRATE NEW SHOWHOME LAUNCH
Come and join us to celebrate the opening of our beautiful 5 bedroom showhome, where you can find out more about the homes on offer whilst enjoying local cheeses and specially selected wines. Every child who visits will also receive a chocolate Easter egg.
The name Edward Park was chosen in memory of one of Drayton's most heroic soldiers, Sgt. Edward John Mott who received the Victoria Cross for bravery in the First World War.
CALA Homes will be joined by Andrew Mott, grandson of Sgt. Edward John Mott. Andrew will be officially cutting the ribbon to celebrate the opening of the showhome in his grandfather’s honour.
Book your appointment today to register your attendance. You will not be disappointed.
For any reservation taken over the launch weekend, purchasers will be entitled to up to £1,500 towards removal costs, carpets/flooring throughout and turf to rear garden*.

YOUR SEMI-RURAL RETREAT
It’s the challenge most of us face when searching for our dream home. However, at Edward Park you can enjoy a better quality of life without having to compromise on your journey to work. Appleford station is only three-and-a-half miles away, with train services to London Paddington in under an hour. Didcot Parkway station is approximately five miles away, reaching London Paddington in about 45 minutes and Oxford in 12 minutes.
Being close to the A34, commuting into Oxford via Abingdon is also a short 10-mile journey. As are the motorways, with both the M4 and M40 located some 15 miles away. Whenever you need to take off for business or a well-earned family holiday, London Heathrow Airport is less than 50 miles from your front door.
Twinned with Lesparre in France, at its heart you will find two public houses, a post office, hardware shop and general store. A more extensive selection of high street shops, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities can be found in the popular centres of Abingdon on Thames, Didcot and Wantage, as well as all of Oxford’s multicultural attractions just over 10 miles away.
Education is well provided for too, with Drayton Community Primary School rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and for secondary level there is the popular Fitzharrys School or Larkmead School. Alternatively, students can attend excellent local independent schools, including Our Lady’s Abingdon, Radley College and Abingdon School for boys, or St Helen and St Katharine School for girls.
