Newlon Living is the specialist home ownership and property sales team of Newlon Housing Trust, a charitable housing association dedicated to providing housing in London. In recent years we have been a significant provider of new homes for affordable home ownership. We provide 1,300 Shared Ownership homes, mainly built in the last twenty years, including many developed as part of the major regeneration projects around Arsenal's Emirates Stadium and at Hale Village in Tottenham, which have transformed these two areas of London.
