previous paragraph, and must meet the following conditions:
A) The correct relationship with neighboring buildings, namely, respecting the height of the facade
of the respective urban front and the adjoining one, the alignments and setbacks, the volumes, and the
shape that defines the silhouette of the buildings;
b) Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, the establishment of alignments and setbacks that contribute to the enhancement of public space.
