Seez is a traditional mountain village situated at the northern edge of the Vanoise National Park. Its nearest neighbour is Bourg St Maurice and it has access to the ski resorts of Paradiski – la Plagne and les Arcs – La Rosière/La Thuile, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, Tignes and Val d’Isère. All alpine sports are available from these resorts and there are plenty of summer activities too, including hiking in the Vanoise National Park, cycling, rafting, climbing, paragliding, golf and much more.

The nearest international airport is Geneva and from there buses are provided to Bourg St Maurice, which is only 2 kms away. The airport at Chambéry is available during the winter season. There are also Lyon and Grenoble airports. The tgv station is also in Bourg St Maurice.
