- Vino rosè igp. Sangiovese 100%. 6500 stumps per hectare
- Spumante brut. Chardonnay 70%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%.

In the 3 hectares owned there are 3800 olive trees (almost 50 years old) of the three varieties (Frantoiano, Leccino and Maurino). The olive oil produced is extra vergin igp of excellent quality.

Behind the cellar is placed a terraced piece of land ready to be planted. In the same area are placed two private lakes and two farm shed used to store tractors.

Half-wild Cintas breeding (approx. Between 150 and 160 head of cattles) is raised in a tidied up enclosure adequately supplied with cattlesheds and drinkin trough.
All the breeding farm areas, as well as the boundaries of the property, are protected by a no trespass electric fence .

A huge investment has been done to restore all the buildings with the purpose of bringing this property back to its original splendor.
