The farmhouse is disposed on three levels for a total surface of 255 square metres + a porch/veranda of 29 square metres. The ground floor is composed of a living room with arched portal facing the beautiful panorama from the Appennines to the mountains above Terni. The living room has a maximum height of 7 metres with an iron balustrade above the brick built central arch, which link sit to the dining area, where there is a large brick built fireplace. From the dining area a corridor leads to a perfectly furnished and equipped kitchen with pantry. The kitchen is very bright thanks to the presence of four French windows, one of which links it to the porch. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom. The high ceilings from 2,60 m to 2,85 m up to 3.85 m in the highest part of the bedrooms and to 7 metres in the highest part of the living room, have the typical structure with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The flooring have been done with travertine slabs in the living area and in the bathrooms and with larch slabs in the bedrooms and in the office. Great care has been taken to the choice of materials, all of high quality, especially in the toilet facilities, faucets, Deruta hand made ceramic finishing. The bathrooms’ furniture is of Carrara marble and travertine. The windows are in Swedish pine and have been hand made by a local artisan. Both in the living room and in the office there are solid oak bookcases.

Behind the farmhouse, in a reserved and panoramic position, has been created a pool with infinity edge and Roman staircase of 12 x 5 metres with storage room to place umbrellas and couchs.

The porch/veranda of 30 square metres, placed on the north-east side of the property, is the perfect place to have lunch enjoying the view of the countryside, the woods and the Appennines.

The farmhouse and the pool are placed inside an area of 3000 square metres of fenced land with access from a gate. In this area there is a well maintained garden with lawn, roses, lavender, broom, mimosa, pomegrate, laurel, Rosemary, aromatic plants of many types and bushes as well as cypress tree, pine trees, live oaks, olive trees, thornbush, peach trees and fig tree. A small storage area of 30 square metres is used to store tools and machine tools, as well as equipment for olive harvest and to store oil and wine.

There is the possibility of building an additional volume for 107 square metres.
