Access to and reaching the cottages plus neighbours:

Whilst the property is in the heart of the Andalucian countryside, it is not isolate because it has an immediately attached neighbour (British) and others over the road who are Spanish. Equally, reaching the property is easy (no 4 x 4 vehicles needed). Accessed mostly via tarmac roads and then onto a superbly laid, short, wide and flat track that is in excellent condition. From quality country roads, the motorway is just 10 mins’ drive away but of course, the motorway cannot be heard.

Subject to separate negotiation, the contents of this holiday home are to be sold with it (if desired). So, you can walk in with your suitcase, unpack and enjoy your holiday immediately. This vibrant village is large and only 7 mins’ drive by car. The village has every amenity needed for modern day living and if you require a city, then Antequera city which is just 35 mins’ away by car.

On the cross roads of Andalucia:

For tourism or personal enjoyment as a holiday home, the cities of; Malaga, Antequera, Cordoba, Sevilla, Granada and Jerez are all easy driving distances away, all accessible on quality roads and motorways – hence why the area is known as the ‘cross roads of Andalucia.’ The location extends the tourism calendar considerably as not all tourists want to jump in the pool during the height of summer. A lot want to explore Andalucian cities during cooler months of the year.

Malaga airport:

Malaga airport with its numerous budget airlines flying in from all over Europe and even some International flights is an easy 45 mins’ drive away, mostly via motorway.
