The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor with adjacent shower room and wc, bidet.
And 1 in the attic room with ensuite bathroom and wc. It sits in land of approximately half an acre (see the map).
The kitchen⁄diner has access through double doors to the southfacing patio at the front and conservatory at the back. There is an outside shower⁄wc⁄utility accessible from the patio.
The living room is the core of the original house and connects with the kitchen, conservatory, shower room, two bedrooms, stairs to the attic and front door.
There is a wood burning stove in the living room. All windows and doors are double glazed, except for two traditional windows and two small windows.
Whilst the property has been extensively modernised, some finishing touches are required.
Outbuildings include a 3 bedroom maison d ete with shower, wc and electricity. This is ideal for accommodating visiting family and friends.

There is an outside power point which is used to power the pump on the above-ground swimming pool.
We had the septic tank installed 25 years ago, soon after we bought the property. Whilst it continues to work without any problems, we understand that it does not conform to current standards. It will need to be replaced by the new owner at a cost of about €5400 (we have obtained a quotation).
