The property doesn’t have a massive plot but it is packed full with trees, such as olive, orange, lemon, etc.

The house is only a short 5 minute walk away from the village of Serra where you can find a super market, four cafés, two restaurantes, a pharmacy, doctors surgery, post office, butcher and cashpoint.

The city of Tomar is around 15 minutes drive away from the property. Tomar is a bustling market town with a variety of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, health centres, hospitals, schools, bus and train station and university.

The property is also only a short 5 minute drive from Castelo do Bode Lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one hour twenty (130km) by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
