Em termos gastronómicos, para além da feijoada de chocos, das ostras e do milho com conquilhas, devem ser realçados os doces regionalais de amêndoa, a dispenser nos diversos restaurantes da freguesia. Relativamente ao alojamento, a freguesia possui alguis infrastruturas.
