One can visit a big monastery on the other side of the river as well as a train stop which is being served by local trains going to the cities of Pleven, Vratsa and the national capital Sofia. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about 90 minutes away from the house. Nice property with lots of potential at a fair price.
