"Monaco Mansions is the mansion tier at Azizi Venice, Azizi Developments' waterfront community in Dubai South, beside Al Maktoum International Airport. The mansions sit in their own gated enclave directly on the community's crystal lagoon with a private beachfront. The brochure states that there are over one hundred bespoke mansions and publishes eight distinct designs, Monaco Mansions 1 to 8. Every one runs to four floors, a full basement, ground, first and an accessible rooftop level, and every one has two private swimming pools: One at ground level and an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the lagoon.
Monaco Mansions 7 is the second smallest at 21,373.50 sq ft and carries the one feature no other design in the collection has: Its own private dock stretching out into the lagoon, which the brochure describes as a personal gateway to the water from which a boat can be launched. For a buyer who wants the water rather than just the view of it, that single feature is the argument for this design over every other.
