Zoopla.co.uk adds further major distribution partnerships

Leading property website Zoopla.co.uk today announced that it has partnered with two of the UK's largest websites, eBay and Gumtree, to provide even wider distribution of its agent members' listings.

Zoopla.co.uk will now exclusively power brand new 'agent listing' channels on both the eBay and Gumtree websites. These unique partnerships will give agents who are members of Zoopla.co.uk even greater exposure for their listings and brands on two of the most-visited and best-known websites in the UK.

Both partnerships involve dedicated new categories on the partner websites, in the case of eBay for all the latest agent listings (sales and lettings) and in the case of Gumtree for the latest sales listings only. There will be no additional charge to agents for the added exposure under these new partnerships and these partners join a list of other leading UK websites that currently partner with Zoopla.co.uk, including MSN, Yahoo, TalkTalk, Sky, Virgin Media, UpMyStreet and Guardian.

The partnerships will operate in the same way as other existing Zoopla.co.uk partnerships whereby users will be able to search for and view property listings on the eBay and Gumtree websites and then contact the respective agents either by email or telephone. Between the Zoopla.co.uk website and its various partnerships, agents now have the opportunity of being seen by over 73% of all UK website users monthly, a far higher figure than any other portal.

Both new partnerships are in the process of being launched currently with listings being added to the partner sites progressively over the next few weeks.

Alex Chesterman, Founder and CEO of Zoopla.co.uk said, "We are delighted to announce these partnerships which will provide our agent members with an even greater web presence and exposure for their brands and listings to two of the largest online audiences in the UK. Our goal continues to be to maximise the online exposure and enquiries we can deliver to our members and to provide an even greater advantage to those agents who list with us."
