Alto Marketplace launches - enabling agents to customise their CRM to suit their individual business needs
Alto, the leading cloud-based software for agents and part of Zoopla, has announced the launch of ‘Alto Marketplace’ - which will enable agents to self-serve and activate leading Proptech partner integrations within Alto.
The breadth of partners available in Alto Marketplace will also enable agents to customise their CRM to suit their needs and drive business efficiencies. Partners are currently available across nine categories including:
Tenant referencing: letting agents can get quick, reliable and insurance-approved reference checks without compromising on quality with Alto’s five reference partners - Vouch, Canopy, Homelet, FCC Paragon and Lettings in a box
Tenant onboarding: they can also process new tenancies in seconds and simplify communication with their tenants by using Goodlord and openflo by Openbrix
Tenant maintenance: letting agents can manage and resolve all maintenance jobs quickly and efficiently with Fixflo
Auctions: agents can win and complete deals faster with their own in-house online auction service with Bamboo
Anti-money laundering solutions: they can make quick, easy and reliable AML compliance checks with SmartSearch
Buyer onboarding: they can speed up buyer onboarding processes and reduce property fall-throughs with MoveGenius
Moving services: agents can take the stress out of moving for their customers with Anyvan
Property management: they can consolidate tenants' rent and utility bills into one easy monthly payment with Homebox
Property marketing: agents can elevate their property listings and attract more buyers and tenants with FocalAgent
Customers can find Alto Marketplace within the software itself (Tools > Integrations) and can use it to browse, enquire and activate Alto’s integrations with just a few clicks. Agents can also submit requests for new partner integrations via Alto Marketplace.
