UK's largest estate agency business, Connells Group, commits to Zoopla with new five-year deal following strong performance
UNDER EMBARGO UNTIL 00.01 TUESDAY 6TH JANUARY, LONDON: Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites, has announced that Connells Group, the largest high street estate agency and property services provider in the UK, has signed a new five-year contract to support growth across its agency businesses.
The agreement means that all of Connells Group’s 1,263 branches across 86 estate agency brands including Barnard Marcus, Hamptons, John D. Wood & Co., Bairstow Eves, Bridgfords and William H Brown will continue to list all their properties on Zoopla.
Zoopla has increased investment in its engaged homeowners and its listings products to boost the value it delivers to all its partners. Zoopla is the no.1 place in the UK consumers think of for valuation, and Connells has seen a 12% increase in vendor lead growth from Zoopla over 2025. This has driven £18m of potential sales commission*.
Connells will continue to benefit from access to Zoopla’s five million highly engaged homeowners which has grown over 30% this year and is a key driver of new instructions to estate agents. Connells is leveraging this high-intent audience through Zoopla’s new Prospect Plus product, which benefits from an average 43% conversion rate from seller lead to instruction.**
Connells Group will also benefit from access to a wider range of Zoopla’s listings products and unique data insights to help deliver a strong return on investment across property search and local agent brand visibility to consumers.
