Yopa and Zoopla agree new long-term deal
Zoopla, the leading property website and part of Houseful, is pleased to announce a new long-term contract with Yopa, the award-winning local estate agent.
With a network of over 185 local agents across every region of the UK, Yopa sells a home every 15 minutes and is rated ‘excellent’ on Trustpilot. With ambitious plans for growth over the coming years, Yopa will use Zoopla to drive performance for its listings and enhance marketing for its vendors.
This includes using Premium Listings, which magnify the property features and unique selling points that Yopa would like consumers to take notice of and receive 9% more leads on average compared to a standard listing.
Yopa also uses Zoopla’s Featured Properties, which pushes a property higher up the search results with a ‘Highlight’ or ‘Property of the Week’ tag, giving the property in question more of the spotlight. Recent enhancements to this product have resulted in a 30% increase in Weekly Featured Properties views, and with 25 listings viewed on Zoopla every second, Yopa will be well-positioned to capitalise on this demand from potential buyers.
The new agreement follows an extensive ROI analysis conducted by Yopa to identify the lead volumes and quality provided by Zoopla and other marketing channels.
Zoopla will be looking to support Yopa with its expansion and ambitious growth plans over the coming years, including the continued growth of Yopa’s franchise
business and the roll-out of its newly launched brokerage model.
