Zoopla extends investment in campaign to celebrate local agents

Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites is expanding its agent-focused local marketing campaign across the North West after becoming the first UK property portal to put real life agents at the heart of a major marketing campaign last year.

This new iteration of the agent-focused campaign continues to celebrate the expertise of local agents and showcase to consumers the wide range of local agents on Zoopla.

The campaign is the latest in a series of marketing investments by Zoopla to highlight the important role of agents in the homemoving process, with agents featuring prominently in its ‘Win at Moving’ national TV advertising campaign which launched in December.

Zoopla is pleased to add five new of its agent customers to this next campaign instalment which launches this week:

  • Ann Durrell, Managing Director at Maddox Noel, Anncoats and Greater Manchester

  • Charlotte Coleseby, Director at Hills, Eccles, Salford and Greater Manchester

  • Mark Loughnane, Director of Homesure Property, Woolton and Merseyside

  • Stuart Matthews, Managing Director at Miller Metcalfe, Bolton and the North West

  • Tom Mooney, Managing Director at Mags Property, Liverpool

  • Kate Gostelow, Sales Director at North Wall Property (also featured in the last campaign), Crosby

Agencies of all sizes feature in this new campaign, from up-and-coming estate agent brands like Mags Property and Maddox Noel to more established multi-branch brands like Homesure, Hills and Miller Metcalfe who have a long history in their area.

The six-figure campaign will run from July to mid-September over the key summer moving months and the six real agents will appear alongside their name and branch feature on billboards across Liverpool, Manchester and high-footfall surrounding areas as they take leading roles in Zoopla’s advertising. The campaign will also feature on digital channels including Meta and Google Display, with Zoopla investing to boost awareness of expert local agents and target potential movers.

Zoopla is planning to expand this agent-fronted local campaign to other regions across the UK in 2025 and beyond.

Alex Rose, Head of Commercial at Zoopla comments: "Zoopla was the first property portal to put agents at the heart of our consumer marketing campaigns. This new campaign isn’t just about spotlighting an additional five fantastic agents in the North West, it’s also about driving more quality leads and opportunities to their doorsteps, demonstrating the invaluable ROI of partnering with Zoopla and helping agents across the region to grow their business.”

Mark Loughnane, Director of Homesure comments:The fact Zoopla is spending money in our region and putting us in a marketing campaign is amazing for us. It’s great to be recognised and it’s a massive compliment to have been selected. It’s good to let people see who we are - we’re not a big faceless brand, we’re a small independent brand who is made up of real people and so we’re really happy to be involved.”
