Zoopla launches major new marketing campaign to deliver agents a winning start to 2026

Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites, will launch a new, high-impact marketing campaign on Christmas Day, designed to help agents grow their businesses over 2026 and drive a huge uplift in valuation leads next year. 

Many movers delayed decisions ahead of the Budget, creating additional pent-up demand to move home. Zoopla expects a bigger-than-usual Boxing Day bounce, which provides a great opportunity for agents to get a strong start to 2026. This is as a result of the removal of the threat of extra taxes in the budget, which is set to deliver a much needed boost to buyer demand and overall market activity at the start of 2026.  Sellers in southern England will see the greatest boost as there are more homes for sale above £500,000. 

The multichannel, multi-million pound marketing campaign will launch on Christmas Day and is expected to reach 4 in 5 UK adults. It marks the return of Just ask Zoopla - Zoopla’s most successful advertising campaign to drive high-intent valuation leads directly to Zoopla customers. The campaign features Nana’s Cottage and Kid’s Party as its hero TV adverts, and playfully uses home valuation curiosity to drive homeowners to get a valuation through Zoopla and their estate agent partners.

The campaign will feature across a range of high-impact marketing channels, including Netflix, YouTube and prime-time festive TV slots like The Masked Singer Christmas special, C4 Christmas movies and Premier League football. 

It also marks the start of Zoopla’s ongoing national and local marketing efforts that will run continuously throughout 2026 to drive sustained return on investment for Zoopla customers. Key regions will benefit from up-weighted investment to help Zoopla customers to 'win' movers in their area. 

To further increase lead conversion for its customers, Zoopla will be implementing the much-called-for return of Zoopla’s ‘Find Agent’ directory to the main Zoopla website top navigation bar. This directory, accessible from every page on Zoopla.co.uk, is designed to enable consumers to discover top local estate agents in their area and choose the right one to sell their home with confidence.
