Zoopla launches new marketing campaign to capitalise on the spring selling season

  • Launching today and running until the end of May, the campaign will capitalise on the key selling months of April and May, when one in five homes are listed for sale 

  • The campaign will continue to champion Zoopla’s ‘Win at Moving’ creative, but will focus more on valuation messaging to drive more serious sellers for agents

  • Agents are also at the heart of the ad and positioned as the experts for unlocking the next move for would-be buyers and sellers

  • It will run across high-impact marketing channels with upcoming TV placements including Celebrity Big Brother, The White Lotus, Formula 1, Premier League and the UEFA Champions League 

UNDER EMBARGO UNTIL 00.01 FRIDAY 4TH APRIL 2025, London: Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites, is today unveiling a new major marketing campaign to stimulate additional demand for agents during the key spring selling months of April and May when one in five homes are listed for sale.

The campaign utilises Zoopla’s new TV ads, which launched on Christmas Day and are centred around giving movers the confidence and tools to help them ‘Win at Moving’, driving more serious sellers for agents as a result. The Spring burst of the campaign benefits from the addition of tailored valuation messaging, aimed at driving more valuations for agents in the key selling months. Estate agents are at the heart of the ads and the broader campaign, and are positioned as the experts unlocking that next move for Zoopla movers. Watch the full TV ad here

The campaign will reach over 50 million people and, in its first burst, contributed to a 10% improvement in quality buyers and sellers to the Zoopla website, cementing Zoopla as a crucial moving partner for buying and selling properties.

It will run across a range of high-impact channels, including Amazon Prime, Video on Demand and YouTube, while key TV placements include smash-hit TV programmes and sports events, including Celebrity Big Brother, The White Lotus, Formula 1, Premier League and quarter and semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League. 

The campaign will also be visible across high-traffic pages on the Zoopla website and app, including zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/ and  zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/.
