Zoopla launches new vendor product “Prospect Plus”. Product will connect agents to its high intent MyHome audience, driving over £2bn in potential sales commission

Zoopla, one of the leading property websites, has launched Prospect Plus, an innovative new product that delivers agents direct access to serious sellers that have signalled they want to move home in the next 12 months. This new product unlocks over £2bn in potential sales commission value for agents.

Zoopla has been building its MyHome audience for several years with more than four million homeowners now using the tool to stay informed on their property’s value, housing equity, local demand, and recent sales in their area. Among this highly engaged audience, 700,000 have signalled an intent to move in the next 12 months, creating a powerful pool of in-market sellers and reinforcing why Zoopla leads in valuations with 61% of consumers coming to Zoopla first for a valuation. 

Prospect Plus is designed to connect agents with these high-intent prospects. Early results from the 150 agents using the product show a conversion rate of over 40% from valuation requests to instructions already delivering a strong return on investment for Zoopla customers. 

Prospect Plus is designed to unlock ROI for agents from this growing audience, including:

  • More quality prospects: direct access to a new audience of serious sellers ready to move
