Zoopla’s 4.8m strong homeowner audience is unlocking greater value for agents
London: Zoopla’s growing homeowner audience of over 4.8m subscribers is helping estate agents win more instructions. This is being driven by rapid growth in the adoption of its newest vendor product, Prospect Plus, which has enabled agents to list £430m of homes for sale in just the last four months(1).
Investment in engaging homeowners paying dividends
Over the past four years, Zoopla has been investing heavily in growing its homeowner audience to generate a greater flow of high quality leads to estate agents to grow their business. This investment has seen Zoopla become the number one place consumers think of when valuing their home, with 67% of consumers choosing Zoopla first for valuation(2). The engagement from homeowners is growing, with over 1.3 million monthly active homeowners coming back to Zoopla each month.
This engaged audience can be introduced to agents via a range of products designed to help them win more instructions from well-informed homeowners.
Prospect Plus delivering strong ROI for agents
Prospect Plus is Zoopla’s newest and highest converting vendor product, connecting agents to high-intent prospects from this homeowner audience who subscribe to stay informed on their property’s value, housing equity, housing demand and recent sales in their area.
The product delivers an average 43% conversion rate from lead to instruction and is now used by over 1,500 estate agency branches nationwide.
Agents who have received a Prospect Plus lead over the last four months have listed over £430 million worth of properties, while agents who have purchased Prospect Plus in their target outcodes are also achieving a 154% uplift in high-intent valuation leads(3).
Agents can also use a new interactive tool on Zoopla for Business to see how many prospects are in their area and the potential results Prospect Plus could drive for them.
