Zoopla’s MyHome hits 4.5m homeowner subscribers. New milestone follows a record week for vendor leads in June

Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites, has reached a new milestone, with 4.5 million homeowners now subscribing to its MyHome experience to track the value of their home and much more. The continued growth in this subscriber base enables Zoopla to connect agents with more high-intent and motivated movers.

This milestone also follows a record-breaking week for Zoopla in June, after the business delivered an all-time high of vendor leads for agents. These both demonstrate how Zoopla is delivering on its strategy to build the UK's largest homeowner audience, and equip its customers with the products and services that enable them to reach, engage and convert that audience into instructions and a strong ROI.

The UK’s home for valuation

61% of consumers come to Zoopla first for a home valuation, significantly more than any other property website, and this has directly translated into strong growth, with MyHome subscribers skyrocketing by 45 per cent since June 2024. Crucially for agents, over 700,000 of MyHome’s 4.5 million subscribers have signalled that they are serious sellers who are ready to move over the next 12 months, providing a unique pipeline of high-intent and motivated movers.

Prospect Plus: Giving Zoopla customers the edge

Prospect Plus is designed to connect agents with these high-intent prospects to unlock ROI for agents from this growing audience. The new flagship vendor product has an impressive conversion rate of 43 per cent to instruction. The launch of this new product demonstrates Zoopla is delivering on its promise to deliver a new source of high-quality prospects for its customers, helping them to grow their businesses and drive strong ROI.

Foxtons is one agent who is already benefiting from this audience through Prospect Plus, with Foxtons Head of Performance Marketing, Jessamy Atkinson commenting: Technology has always been core to Foxtons achieving its position as London’s Number 1, so we were delighted to collaborate with Zoopla and be the first to adopt their innovative Prospect Plus product. Early indicators show that the product is exceeding our lead generation and ROI expectations.

Rich Hayes, Chief Operating Officer at Zoopla, said: “Our position as the first choice for 61 per cent of consumers seeking valuations has fuelled a staggering 45 per cent growth in MyHome subscribers. This has translated directly into record-breaking vendor leads and undeniable ROI for our customers.

"What excites me most is the unparalleled pipeline this creates: 700,000 serious sellers primed to move in the next 12 months and over £1bn in potential commission for agents, delivering a uniquely engaged audience. Products like Prospect Plus are precisely how we're empowering agents like Foxtons to unlock this value and secure high-intent instructions. This isn't just about growth, it's about redefining the property journey, ensuring our customers always have the edge in a competitive market."
