Fees!

As mentioned above, the price includes central heating and hot water and TV licence (all flats have a TV), but excludes electricity (use-dependent: Lights, kitchen, washing machine) but this for a studio usually works out between £20-25 per month. We can also provide Wifi internet for £20 per month. We can arrange your council tax discount if you provide us with a full-time status student certificate.

In terms of our rental agreement, we would make a contract for the academic year (either 9 or 12 months). We require the first 2 months rent to be paid on checking in and then each rent month is paid monthly in advance (eg 1st December pays for month of January). We charge a cleaning charge of £350 - this is the cleaning charge for your check out but we ask for it on check-in, it includes the check-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning etc). We charge £250 for our agency's fee to prepare the contract, inventory and check-in and check-out times. We do not take a deposit.
