Early Termination Charges Should the Tenant wish to move out of the property before the end of the term, a written request for the property to be re-marketed and suitable replacement tenants found, should be forwarded to the Agent for the consideration of the Landlord. If the Landlord is in agreement, a fee of £895 inc VAT must be paid to the Agent before remarketing can commence. The Tenant will remain fully responsible for the property, rent and services and all obligations contained within the tenancy agreement until the end of the tenancy or until such time as a new tenancy is executed.
End of tenancy inventory check To pay the any reasonable costs incurred by the Landlord, the Agent or the Inventory Clerk in making and attending a second appointment to check the Inventory and Schedule of Condition if the property needs re-inspecting, or the tenant failed to allow access at the originally agreed time and date.
