Tenants fees (All fees unless otherwise stated are inclusive of VAT):
Tenancy renewal agreement fee within an existing tenancy : £420
This charge applies when you wish to continue to renew your tenancy after it expires. This cost cover a variety of works including but not limited to negotiating the new tenancy and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per tenancy.
Change of sharer within an existing tenancy: £420
This charge applies when you wish to replace a named tenant with another tenant part way through your tenancy and your landlord has agreed to the change. This cost cover a variety of works including but not limited to preparing all the documentation relating to the change.
Deed of surrender: £420 + Landlords Fees.
This charge applies to preparation of documentation where, at your request, the landlord has agreed to release you from the tenancy early.
Key replacement : £60 per key
Security key replacement: £90 per key
Fob replacement: £60 per key
Utilities registration service (optional ) : £20 if requested

We are members of a government authorised consumer redress scheme prs & cmp (Client Money Protection Membership Scheme for Property Agents to protect their clients’ money against the theft or misappropriation of the client money by the Member’s owners).
We work with dps (Governmental Deposit Protection Scheme for letting agents and landlords to protect the tenants' deposit).
Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
Note: If you have 2 separate suppliers for water and sewage, you may receive 2 separate bills.
