Fully Managed at 10.8% including VAT (9% plus vat) - Collect and remit initial rent received; negotiate collection of any rent shortfall; deduct commission and costs of other works; set-up of standing order for future rents; advise utility providers of any changes; registration of Security Deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme (if required); inspect the property and report back to the landlord; arrange routine repairs, pre and post tenancy cleans, and instruct approved contractors; hold keys throughout the tenancy.
