The Zero Deposit Guarantee allows you to rent a property by paying a fee which the equivalent of one week's rent In addition to an administration fee of £49 which will need to be paid prior to the tenancy commencing. The Zero deposit if opted for will replace the requirement to pay a traditional deposit, subject to successful referencing.
When you move out of the property, the usual inventory and check-out will take place and, as long as there is no damage or rent/bills outstanding, the Guarantee expires and you walk away.
