We have converted the top floor of our restored period house into a lovely quirky flat suitable for a single or couple 12 month plus tenancy. It is an unusual flat. Arriving through your private entrance, there is a shared utility space with laundry facilities. Climbing two flights of original narrow curved stairs to reach the top floor flat front door, it leads to an open plan sitting room and kitchen with views over Forty Hall. The house is approached by a driveway which untarmaced and a bit bumpy. The house is next to Forty Hall and it's miles of open countryside for walking plus a farm shop and cafe. £300 a month includes all bills - electricity, council tax and broadband. Our friendly dog (and our children!) live with us, so suitable only for those with a liking for four-legged neighbours. I'm sorry we cannot accept tenants with children or pets.
