Schedule of fees: These are the fees which we are entitled to charge you under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and applies to all shorthold tenancies signed after 1st June 2019 Holding Deposit per tenancy: One weeks' rent This is paid to reserve the property for 15 days unless we agree Otherwise.

Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
