Early Termination Should a joint tenant wish to leave before the end of the fixed term and the landlord agrees to this then a suitable replacement tenant has to be found. An administration fee of £50 will be charged in advance for any variation to the existing agreement that this requires. Should the tenant(s) wish to terminate the tenancy earlier than the tenancy agreement permits and the landlord agrees to this they will be responsible for the repayment of the pro rata commission paid in advance by the landlord for the unexpired portion of the tenancy.
Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
Note: If you have 2 separate suppliers for water and sewage, you may receive 2 separate bills.
