To apply for a property with pl Properties you will need to complete an application form. Once this is approved by the Landlord, a holding deposit of around one week's rent is required.This is then refunded at the start of the Tenancy. A deposit of five weeks rent is required with the first month's rent. There are no other charges to start the Tenancy.
