Pulling up to the impressive gates which enclose this development, you notice the well-kept grounds which surround Langtry Court. Once parked in the one allocated space, you enter through the front of the building via the security entrance and take the lift or stairs to the first floor. Number 12 is tucked away at the end of a short corridor so you will not be disturbed by neighbours passing your door. Once inside, you are met with a spacious hallway which serves the bedrooms, bathroom and living room, at the furthest point. The open plan space here would comfortably accommodate a large suite as well as a dining table and chairs and even has a small seating area on the balcony which overlooks the pretty rear garden. The kitchen is situated just off the living room and separated by a glass panel door. There are a range of wood effect wall and base units, a built in electric oven with gas hob and a freestanding washing machine and fridge freezer. The bedrooms, both doubles, have windows looking out to the side of the building and the master benefits from a shower en-suite. There is a bathroom fitted with a modern white suite and large built in cupboard in the hallway for storage. Available from the end of May (subject to references) on an unfurnished basis and an initial 12 month term. Please be aware that parking is restricted at this property and so will suit those with one car only.
Nb: We are using library photos so as to not disturb the tenant here.
