We have a lovely 3 bedroom modern house but with a cottage feel, with shared living room, conservatory, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. We have two professional working females who are looking for a new housemate as the current one is moving away. They are looking for someone who is looking for a home and not just a room.
The room is a small double 9’3 x 8’1 on the first floor and is unfurnished.
Bills/c/tax/wifi are not included in the rent.
Close to the city centre and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a bus stop at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac.
On street permit parking.
