Hello, and thank you for looking at this very desirable house located on the edge of Snowdonia. My name is Alex Clarke, let me tell you all about it. The house is a semi detached ex farmhouse and is surrounded by open fields and the occupant of next door is very quiet. If you look outside at the front there is space for a morning breakfast table - imagine breakfast in perfect bright sunshine overlooked by a big blue sky. If you have friends over there is parking space for a few cars. The house has two front doors - the first (on the right as you look at the house) takes you into the hall. Turn right and you are in the kitchen (just been beautifully remodelled). You could have memorable dinner parties in here. The location alone will spark conversations. There is space in the kitchen for a large country style table and chairs. The kitchen has the usual connections for washing machine etc.
There is a stylish ground floor Bathroom off the kitchen.
The second front door (on the left as you look at the house) leads you in to the hall and the stairs to the first floor are in front of you. Turning right you go into the main Living Room. It has a wood burner in a recessed fireplace that throws out warm red light when lit. Very cosy.
The windows are double glazed and the house has oil fired central heating.
