Jean Oddy & Co charges no agency or administration fees whatsoever to Tenants. All Tenancy Agreement, Renewal and Referencing services are free of charge. The Tenant is responsible (should they choose) to pay a deductible holding deposit of one weeks rent for assured shorthold tenancies, the rent, usually on a per calendar monthly or quarterly basis and pay a refundable deposit, held by the agent as stakeholder against any damages or dilapidations of five weeks rent for assured shorthold tenancies of under 50,000 per annum and six weeks rent for assured shorthold tenancies over 50,000. Normal ongoing utility charges such as heating, water, council tax etc in connection with living in the property are also payable by the Tenant.

Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
Note: If you have 2 separate suppliers for water and sewage, you may receive 2 separate bills.
