Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices damaged or lost by the tenant. For instances where a lock change is required due to tenant fault (damage/lost keys) the tenant will be responsible for arranging a locksmith to attend at their own expense and to deliver a new key to the agents office.
Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement; and
Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
