The flat is part of a modern block, located just off Wilmslow Road. Just over the road there is a bus stop on the main bus route into Central Manchester, stopping outside the University, main Central Manchester Hospitals and other facilities in Central Manchester. The University is less than two miles from the flat. Literally 5-7 minutes' walk away there is a big Sainsburys, which is especially stocked for students. There are also coffee shops and several pubs. The block is quiet and there is one allocated parking space.
The flat, on the first floor, has two bedrooms, a big kitchen, a big lounge and a bathroom. There is an entry alarm as well as video camera to enable the tenant to see who is ringing their bell. There is central heating. The kitchen has, apart from the basics, an electric cooker and hob, a washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The lounge has the availability for television, as well as Internet (the tenant must arrange this). There is a suite with a sofa and two separate easy chairs. In addition there is a table and chairs. The well-proportioned bedrooms, apart from beds, have desks, book cases and wardrobes. In the bathroom there is a bath/shower and toilet.
Each student will need to: 1) Pay a deposit (5 weeks rent) 2) Provide a guarantor

Water consumption is based on average water usage for the predicted occupancy of the property based on the number of bedrooms.
Total annual consumption (in cubic meters) is then averaged into a monthly cost.
Note: If you have 2 separate suppliers for water and sewage, you may receive 2 separate bills.
