Holding Deposit Equivalent to 1 week of the first month’s rent to secure your chosen property. Early Termination of Tenancy To pay the cost of early termination of the Tenancy outside of any contractual obligation, (calculated at X% defined by the service level the Landlord enjoys) multiplied by the rent for the remaining months of the Tenancy to the end of the contractual term) subject to the Landlords consent, to cover fees and re-letting costs. Rent Arrears The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord interest at the rate of 3% per annum above the Bank Of England base rate, from time to time on any rent remaining unpaid for more than fourteen (14) days after the day on which the rent became payable.
Company Tenancy Agreements The cost of preparing a common law or company let agreement will be £252 Inc VAT.
