Description

Situated in the sought after Thyme Avenue area of Whiteley, this tidy three bedroom house would make a lovely home for a professional couple or small family. The house is very close to the shopping centre, cinema and Meadowside playing fields and so is ideal for those looking for a property with everything on the doorstep. On entering the property you will find a hallway leading to the kitchen with fitted cabinets, oven, hob and spaces for a tall fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also off the hallway is a cloakroom. The good sized sitting room is laid with a laminate floor and has sliding doors that open onto a patio area and beyond that an area laid to lawn. The garage has been professionally converted to make a second reception room which could be used as a study, family room or perhaps a guest bedroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom accessed from the landing and a further two bedrooms. The property is available from January and is offered on an unfurnished basis. We regret that the landlord isn't accepting sharers here.
