There's a smart WC and basin with a mirrored cabinet over.

Two other double bedrooms - one to the back and one to the front of the property - offer spacious sleeping quarters - one has a double bed and one has two singles - and both have large fitted wardrobes and TV's - ideal for older children.

The family bathroom feels luxurious and comprises a lovely double ended bath with shower over, basic and WC. Velux windows flood the room with plenty of natural light from above.

There is also a massive airing cupboard at the end of the hall.

Outside there is a 360 degree garden split into various enclosed areas making it ideal for pets. To the front there are raised lawns and a patio area. There is a fenced side garden with drying area and access to the back of the house with a bin and recycling area. To the other side of the cottage is a private gravelled driveway which has parking space for up to 3 cars.

Although tucked away in rural Rosenannon Village, Wadebridge is just a short drive away and the Atlantic Highway is quickly accessed. We think this cottage will make someone a lovely home.
