No couples will be accepted and no pets are permitted. Water rates and TV License where applicable are paid by the Trust (over 75 is free ) If you are working you will have to pay these bills accordingly. Gas, electric, council tax is paid by the beneficiary ( tenant) as is the wmc - Weekly Maintenance Charge (rent).
